    Yes, ProjectDeck has a free forever plan that has all the features of the professional plan. It is limited to 5 projects and 5 seats.

  • Do I need to enter card details for free forever?

    No, you do not need to enter any payment details to use a free plan. You can enter card details later if you want to upgrade your plan.

  • How much does ProjectDeck cost?

    ProjectDeck starts from £25 / €30 / $35 per month and goes up based on your team size. If you are over 50 users you can request a quote to get an exact price.

  • What is a seat in ProjectDeck?

    A seat is a paid user. You will need a seat if you want to access the core functionality of ProjectDeck. Admin users do not require a seat.

  • Can I pay for ProjectDeck monthly?

    Yes, you can pay monthly for your plan. Choose the monthly option on the pricing page and you will be able to pay on a per-month basis. The monthly plan is not discounted so if you are looking to save, we recommend the yearly plan.

  • Do you offer any discounted plans?

    Yes, by choosing a yearly plan, you will receive a 10% discount. If you are over 50 users you can request a quote that will include a further volume discount.

  • How can I manage my billing?

    If you are the ProjectDeck account owner, you can access your purchase history, invoices, payment details, plan type, and more from inside ProjectDeck.

  • Can I change my plan?

    You can make changes to your plan at any time by changing your plan type and by adding or removing users. However, past the refund period, we offer no refunds for downgrades. To change your plan, simply go into the Subscription Management section in ProjectDeck. From there, you can change plan or add and remove paid seats.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept payments from most major credit and debit cards, including; Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, JCB and Diners Club. In addition, we accept invoice orders on 14-day terms.

  • How secure is ProjectDeck?
