Subscription Management

Permissions: All Admin roles can access the Subscription Management Page. The Owner role can the amend payment details, modify subscription details, cancel the subscription, or transfer ownership of the subscription.

To access the Subscription Management Page, click the ellipsis (…) menu located next to the subscription name at the top of either the Homepage or Template Library.

Subscription Management Overview

The Subscription Management Page is composed of six panels containing subscription information and a grid displaying all your subscription invoices to date.

Let’s review each of these elements.

Subscription ID / Email Support (1)

Permissions: The Owner role and Users Admin roles can email ProjectDeck support directly from the Subscription Management Page.

The Subscription ID is an important identifier when seeking assistance from ProjectDeck support. Support may request this ID during account or technical support processes. A link to Email ProjectDeck Support is accessible for Owner roles and User Admin roles.

Next Invoice Total / Change Payment Details (2)

Permissions: The Owner role can access the “View / change payment details” functions.

This info tile provides insight into your upcoming invoice total.

If you increase the number of seats within a period (monthly or annually), any additional, in period costs will be invoiced immediately. However, this info tile displays the full invoice total for the next period based on the total number of purchased seats.

The Owner can access a link to Change Payment Details. If you change your details, these will be updated immediately, but only used when you are next required to make a payment.

Total Seats Available / Change Subscription Details (3)

Permissions: The Owner role can access the “Change subscription details” functions.

Seats are the currency for ProjectDeck, essential for performing tasks within projects.

Note: Seats are not required for Owner, any Admin roles, or the Project Reader role in ProjectDeck.

This info tile showcases the total number of seats purchased for the subscription. You can assign seats to your team from the Manage Team Page.

The Owner can access a link to Change Subscription Details. Changes can be made immediately or at the start of the next period. You can also adjust the billing frequency, either monthly or annually, starting from the next billing period.

Plan Monthly Renewal / Cancel Subscription (4)

Permissions: The Owner role can access the “Cancel subscription” functions.

This info tile indicates the next billing or renewal date associated with the subscription. For Free Forever subscriptions, it will be marked as “Not Applicable (N/A).”

The Owner can access a link to Cancel the Subscription. Access to a cancelled subscription will be terminated from the cancellation date. All subscription data will be permanently irretrievable within 90 days of cancellation.

Owner / Transfer Ownership (5)

Permissions: The Owner role can access the “Transfer Ownership” functions.

This info tile displays the email address of the subscription Owner. Each ProjectDeck Subscription has a single Owner responsible for subscription management and holds User Admin permissions to add users and assign roles.

The Owner can access a link to Transfer Ownership of the subscription. The Owner role can be transferred to a user with a current User Admin role. The current Owner must select the User Admin to become the new Owner. The User Admin will be notified and can accept the role. The current Owner can cancel or change this transfer at any time before the selected User Admin accepts the role.

In cases where a subscription becomes “orphaned” such as when the Owner leaves the organisation, Contact Us to initiate a subscription recovery procedure and designate a new Owner.

Total Seats Used (7)

Seats are the unit of charging for ProjectDeck, required for project-related activities.

Note: Seats are not needed for Owner, any Admin roles, or Project Reader role in ProjectDeck.

This info tile reveals the total number of seats allocated to your team within the subscription. You can assign or revoke seats from the Manage Team Page.

Invoice Details (7)

A table of historical invoices is provided under the info tiles. The Owner and Admins can download these invoices for accounting record-keeping purposes.
