Your homepage dashboard is designed to cater to your specific needs, presenting either the My Data Dashboard or the All Data Dashboard based on your role within ProjectDeck. Let’s explore the My Data Dashboard, which is the default view for the following user roles:

My Data Dashboard is the default view for:

  • Project Managers
  • Project Members
  • Project Readers
  • Any of the above who also have admin roles

Each dashboard element consists of valuable data and quick filters/links that facilitate seamless navigation to relevant areas within the ProjectDeck system.

You can toggle between the My Data Dashboard and All Data Dashboard using the Toggle control toward the top-right of the Homepage.

My Data Dashboard Elements

The My Data Dashboard is tailored to your role, making it easier for you to access and manage the specific projects, templates, and workflows relevant to your responsibilities within ProjectDeck.

Below, you’ll find an explanation of the My Data Dashboard elements:

Dashboard element Data displayed Quick filter / link function
Edit only (1) This element counts the number of projects where you hold either a Project Manager or Project Member role. These roles grant you edit access to these projects. Clicking this element will navigate to your projects tab grid and apply a filter to display only the projects for which you have edit access.
Read only (2) This element counts the number of projects where you have a Project Reader role, providing you with read-only access to these projects. Clicking this element will navigate to your projects tab grid and apply a filter to display only the projects for which you have read access.
Project templates (3) This element shows the count of project templates that you have created. Clicking this element will navigate to your template library and apply a filter to display your project templates.
Lifecycle templates (4) This element indicates the number of lifecycle templates that you have either created or updated. Clicking this element will navigate to your template library and apply a filter to display your lifecycle templates.
Open workflows (5) This element displays the count of your currently open workflows. Clicking this element will navigate to your “My Workflows”, to the tab that lists your open workflows.
Closed workflows (6) This element provides the count of your closed workflows. Clicking this element will navigate to your “My Workflows”, to the tab that lists your closed workflows.
