Welcome to the ProjectDeck homepage, your central hub for managing work and staying informed about your colleagues’ tasks.

Let’s look at the essential components of the homepage to help you navigate effectively.

  1. Subscription Name
    • Your ProjectDeck subscription bears a name, which can be your organisation’s name, department title, team identifier, or any other label chosen by your subscription owner. This name is part of your Organisation Profile.

  4. Homepage Controls
    • This section offers various controls based on your role. Project Admins can create new projects, while Lifecycle Admins can create new lifecycles. All users can utilise the search function and toggle the “All data toggle”. For more information, see Homepage Functions.
  5. Dashboard Widgets
    • The dashboard displays information that dynamically adjusts based on the state of the “All data toggle”. When deselected (grey), it presents “My data“, relevant to your specific tasks. When selected (green), it shows “All data” related to the entire subscription.
  6. Grid Tabs
    • These tabs allow you to switch between the Projects Grid, which displays a grid of all projects in your subscription, and the Lifecycles Grid, which presents a grid of all lifecycles within your subscription. These grids offer distinct information and functions, with most users primarily using the project tab.
  7. Project and Lifecycle Grids
    • ProjectDeck Grids are a core feature used throughout the platform. They offer powerful functionality, including search, filtering, sorting, and grouping of data, among other advanced capabilities.
    • The Projects Grid lists all subscription projects, along with descriptive information and functions such as team assignment and project deletion.
    • The Lifecycles Grid displays all subscription lifecycles, along with related information and functions like data export and lifecycle deletion.
  8. Form and Activity Feeds
    • The forms feed provides quick access to your most recent forms.
    • The activity feed delivers notifications about important subscription-wide events and project-specific updates tailored to your interests.
  9. Help Button
    • To access additional support and resources, click the Help Button (?). You can access the Help Centre directly from ProjectDeck or Contact Us for personalised support team assistance.
