To seek assistance or provide feedback, simply click the question mark symbol (‘?‘) located in the bottom-right corner of any ProjectDeck page. This action opens the help menu, which offers three options, as illustrated in the image below.

By selecting Help Centre from the help menu, you gain access to the ProjectDeck Help Centre. This comprehensive resource contains articles covering every aspect of the ProjectDeck system. The Help Centre opens in a separate browser tab, allowing you to continue to navigate ProjectDeck while referencing the Help Centre for guidance.

Should you require direct assistance, ProjectDeck offers an online web form through which you can Contact Us. Filling out this form generates a help request ticket within our support system. Our dedicated support team is committed to responding to your inquiries within the specified target response times, tailored to your subscription plan:
