All Data Dashboard
Your Homepage is designed to show either the My Data Dashboard or the All Data Dashboard based on your role within ProjectDeck. Let’s explore the All Data Dashboard, which is the default view for the following user roles:
- All data is the default view for admin users.
Each dashboard element consists of data and a quick filter/link that allows users to navigate swiftly to relevant areas within the ProjectDeck system.
You can toggle between the My Data Dashboard and All Data Dashboard using the Toggle control toward the top, right of the Homepage.
All Data Dashboard Elements
The All Data Dashboard elements provide valuable insights and convenient navigation options for users with admin roles, allowing them to oversee and manage various aspects of the ProjectDeck system with ease.
Below, you’ll find an overview of the All Data Dashboard elements:
Dashboard element | Data displayed | Quick filter / link function |
All Projects (1) | Total number of projects in the subscription | Clicking this element will navigate to your Projects Grid and reset the filter to display all projects. |
All Lifecycles (2) | Total number of lifecycles in the subscription | Clicking this element will navigate to your Lifecycles Grid and reset the filter to display all lifecycles. |
Project Templates (3) | Total number of project templates in the subscription | Clicking this element will navigate to your Template Library and filter to display all project templates. |
Lifecycle Templates (4) | Total number of lifecycle templates in the subscription | Clicking this element will navigate to your Template Library and filter to display all lifecycle templates. |
Open Workflows (5) | Total number of open workflows in the subscription | Clicking this element will navigate to the All Workflows page, to the tab that lists all open workflows. |
Closed Workflows (6) | Total number of closed workflows in the subscription | Clicking this element will navigate to the All Workflows page, to the tab that lists all closed workflows. |
